Human and Humanity HUMANITY Part 2nd POWER :- " COWARD "  A person who lacks courage. One who is unable to overcome fear of shame and thus escapes danger or anxiety.  Sure we will all defend ourselves but it should not be like arrogance like religious or national fanaticism! There is nothing wrong with being arrogant but we must learn to use this arrogance for the benefit of our life and the life of our choice! We only know about pride, religion and nationality because all human beings have been educated in such a way that they can easily access our feelings and emotions!  If they never teach us these things, we will never know what they mean! Do we need war?  Eternal question! I stopped asking myself this question long ago. I don't care why the war exists now, what I really care about is how we stop it! I stop to look at the small causes of war: raw / money / gold / arms sales / religion / diamonds and all the distractions they inflicted on us. I just start watching the

Human and Humanity HUMANITY For centuries we (human beings) have been witnessing the rise and fall of governments.  We are ruled by psychologists, business people, smart men and very intelligent men.  They are all very special people, but they all have something in common: they have the power to decide and manipulate the people and the country. Over the centuries, humanity has relied on these governments to bring about the best in our lives, but unfortunately, this has never happened.  As a result, people revolt against their governments. Fortunately, time has proved that revolutions are only a temporary illusion and thus, they never worked.  As it turns out, things always get to a starting point sooner or later! So ... what's wrong, why do things never work?  What needs to be done to change the system? So far, I hope we all realize that things don't work out because of governments, right?  No ... Wrong! Things are not working because people allow them to use and misuse the sys

Human and Humanity DISPUTE RESOLUTION There can be more than one way to resolve a conflict, but there are some factors that will be common to all. Positive feedback : Finding a solution to a conflict should be more positive than negative. The focus should be on the possibility of improvement, ie you should be more optimistic. Understand the point of view of others : Don't just consider your situation but also try to understand the other's position. Listen to their position carefully and try to understand. You will see that your behavior will reduce the other person's anger. Present your position in an appropriate and clear manner : Instead of criticizing or sarcastically criticizing someone, gently state your position. Explain gently the change you want to make and analyze yourself to see if I can express my feelings correctly without getting into a debate of right and wrong. Controlling emotions : Express your feelings in an appropriate way and give others the opportunity

Human and Humanity HOW THE CONTROVERSY PROGRESSED Here we will look at how the conflict arose, what is the current situation, what are the parties involved, what is their role and how did the conflict move towards resolution? PROCEDURE FOR CONFLICT ANALYSIS There are multiple ways to analyze conflict, but here we will try to analyze the conflict in just two ways. One method is to understand the perspective by creating a conflict tree and the other method is to review the perspective attitude and trend which is called ABC tool. Human and Humanity THEORY OF CONFLICT / HUMAN NEEDS Experts in this theory believe that all individuals and groups have basic human needs. In the past, bread, clothing and shelter were considered basic human needs, but over time, the scope of basic human needs has expanded. It also includes the physical, psychological and spiritual needs of human beings. Imagine for a second you were transposed into the karmic driven world of Earl. There were no windows in that room.  Vegetables, lentils and water are provided. Maybe these things are enough for the survival of human life. Are these facilities enough for human happiness? If your answer is no, then what are the other things that you need to live? According to this theory, if the basic needs of human beings are not met and they are constantly deprived, then conflicts arise and sometimes these conflicts turn into violence. Human and Humanity According to conflict theorists in human relations, the interests of individuals and groups differ

Human and Humanity PEACE / CONFLICT REASONS AND SOLUTIONS What are conflicts ? We are surrounded by people of different identities whose language, caste, community beliefs, gender, political and social ideologies may differ from one another. Different people living in the same place can disagree on many issues. Sometimes this disagreement is based on ideas but sometimes it is also based on interests. If these differences are not resolved in time, these differences turn into violent conflicts, which do not bode well for the peace of any society. Most people think that conflicts are always negative and always manifest in the form of fights and riots. Conflicts, when manifested in a negative way, really spread violence, chaos and destruction. But these differences make us think positively.  They can provide style and bring about social, economic and political change in our lives. What is peace ? If you ask this question to anyone, the immediate answer will be that the absence of war is a

Human and Humanity RELIGIOUS FREEDOM Religious freedom means that every citizen has the right to believe and practice their faith. Every human being chooses faith according to his conscience.  Freedom of religion means that we have complete freedom to live according to our beliefs .But no one has given us the right to despise another person's beliefs. Impose your beliefs on him or force someone else to change his beliefs. There are many examples of oppression, coercion and injustice based on religion in human history.  History has shown us that coercion based on religion does not spread goodness in society, but rather creates hatred and prejudice between people of different religions. In such a society, some people try to establish economic monopoly and political supremacy over other groups and religions in the name of religion.  If an individual or a group in a society is given the right to impose its beliefs on others, then there is chaos in the society. Every human being conside
