READINESS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM
To solve a problem, it is important that the parties believe in the solution of the problem first. If you believe in the solution to the problem, then the problem will be solved. If you just want to vent your anger, it can be difficult to find a solution to the problem.
FINDING TACTICS:
In order to find a solution, it is necessary to consider various suggestions for solving the problem instead of discussing it. A suggestion can lead to good ideas. Also, make sure that as many suggestions as possible are given that are acceptable to both parties.
NEGOTIATIONS:
The most effective way to resolve a dispute is through negotiations. There is nothing better if both sides are willing to talk to each other. In negotiations, keep in mind that if you are willing to negotiate, what are your interests, and if the other party is willing, what are its interests?
Consider all possibilities. Offer reasonable, fair and acceptable measures. Don't jump to conclusions and decide in advance which issues you can compromise on and which you can't compromise at all.
Don't interfere with the other party. The more they express their point of view, the more you will have the opportunity to learn. Ask for clarification of obscure sentences and points. Confirm in your own words, that the other party means what you have heard and understood.
