Constitutional and legal framework
Article 17:- Freedom of association
- Every citizen has the right to form unions and associations, subject to reasonable restrictions imposed by law.
- Every citizen is not a Government employee, but he has the right to form a political party or join a political party.
Article 18:- Freedom of trade, business or profession
Everyone has the right to take part in any profession or business, subject to the conditions set forth by law.
Article 19:- Freedom of expression
Subject to reasonable restrictions imposed by law, every citizen has the right to freedom of speech and expression.
Article 19 A:- Right to access information
Every citizen has the right to access information on any matter of public importance, subject to reasonable restrictions imposed by law.

Article 20:- Freedom to follow / preach religion and manage religious institutions
Under the law, public order and morality, every citizen has the right to practice, practice and propagate his region, and every religious group has the right to establish its own religious institutions.
Article 21:- Protection from taxation for the purposes of a particular religion
No person can be forced to pay a tax, whose income is used to spread, and spread a religion other than his own.
Article 22:- Concerns about religion in educational institutions
- A person studying in any educational institution, cannot be compelled to to study any other religion or to be attend any of their ceremonies or worship.
- All religious institutions will be treated equally in case of tax exemption or reduction.
- People belonging to all religious will have the right to teach their religion in the religious institution they have established.
- No citizen can be denied admission to a government-funded educational institution on the basis of race, religion, caste or place of birth.
Article 23:- Property rights
Every citizen has the right to own property

No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property, except by law

Article 25:- Equality in the eyes of the law
All citizens are equal in the eyes of the law and are entitled to equal legal protection and will not be discriminated against on the basis of gender.
Article 25 A:- The right of education
The state is committed to providing free compulsory education to children between the age of 5 and 16.
Article 26:- Discrimination regarding entry into public places
No citizen shall be discriminated in public entertainment or gathering places against on the basis of race, religion, caste, gender, residence or religious purposes.
Article 27:- Protection against employment discrimination
No eligible person will may be discriminated against in employment on the basis of religion, caste, gender and place of birth and residence.
Article 28:- Preservation of language, culture and script
Each group of citizens will have the right to adopt their own language, culture or script and to establish institutions to spread them among the people.
