HUMAN RIGHTS
WHAT ARE HUMAN RIGHTS?
You may have heard a lot about human rights and if you have watched TV, you may have seen some people making fun of human rights activists and calling them rebels against tradition, culture and religion.Because of this negative propaganda, human rights have been severely damaged in our country and we are far behind other countries in the world in this regard. There is a need to understand what these human rights are why so many educated people seem to oppose them.are rights really a bad thing or do they undermine the power or authority of some powerful classes?
This is an important question and to find the answer we will try to understand human rights in this book.

HUMAN AND HUMAN RIGHTS
When we are born as human beings,we are equally entitled to all human rights at birth.Whether we are in Pakistan or in the United states, we are white or black, we are men, we are women or transgender, we are poor or rich, we are educated or illiterate, we are from high caste or from low caste, we go to mosques or temples and church, believe it or not.
All these different identities of ours cannot be an obstacle to our human rights, because we get these rights only when we are born as human beings (In the modern world, the rights of animals, plants and trees are being recognized nowadays, so we will talk about human rights in this booklet).
Human and Humanity
Above we have seen different identities of human beings, which are related to culture and faith, but some things are the same in us human beings, which we get from nature. For example, all humans to be hungry, all humans are affected by the seasons, all humans need oxygen to breathe, all children need care and supervision in childhood. We all get sick sometime and if we get sick, we need treatment.
Human and Humanity
If we take a closer look and stop and think, we will find that as far as nature is concerned, it has treated all human beings the same, but man-made cultures and beliefs have made a difference in human beings. Some are superior and some are inferior, some are educated and some are illiterate, some are rich and some are poor.
However, it was human beings who, learning from their own experiences and history, spoke out on human rights and set up an international body to enforce them, and called on the independent nations of the world to implement their rights.

HUMAN RIGHTS .......... BACKGROUND
Human rights have been legally recognized by the world for the last 70/75 years, but its history is very old. While the history of the world is full of stories of struggle against oppression and injustice, there are also stories of struggle against these atrocities.Even every religion in the world has urged its followers to take care of the rights of others.Islam has even said that God can forgive his rights but will not forgive the violation of human rights.
In fact, the right is connected with ''INJUSTICE'' and it is innate in every human being.
For example, if you give a toy to one of the two young children and the other does not, the child who does not get the toy, cries or screams to express his anger or sadness. It gives him the feeling the he has been abused and not treated fairly. This feeling is not taught to you by any book or school, but is present in your instincts.
under this instinct, human beings have fought for centuries against slavery. They have waged movements against monarchy and personal governments.
